The local economy
The French economy is broad and diversified. It combines large groups, a strong aerospace, automotive and food industry, luxury and retail brands with global reach, and a dense base of mid-sized companies, many of them located outside Paris. The capital concentrates headquarters functions, finance and professional services, while Lyon, Toulouse, Marseille, Nantes, Lille and Strasbourg each carry their own industrial, logistics or healthcare strengths.
These organisations face similar questions: balancing growth and profitability, simplifying structures that have grown complex, managing the energy and digital transitions, and keeping a plan on track over time. Our role is to clarify the choices, deploy alongside the teams already in place, and steer with indicators that leadership actually uses. AI comes in where it brings a clear gain. Elsewhere, common sense and good organisation are enough.
The regulatory context
Working in France means working within the European framework. The GDPR, enforced by the CNIL, shapes how personal data is used and applies to any data or AI project from the design stage. The EU AI Act applies in stages and requires organisations to classify uses by risk level, ensure transparency and train the teams concerned. Depending on the sector, further rules apply, for example on cybersecurity or operational resilience in financial services. We build these requirements into how use cases are scoped and governed, in coordination with your legal and compliance teams, so that compliance is planned from the start and not added at the end of a project.
How we work here
We work in France on site, remotely or in a mix of both, depending on what the mission requires. Leadership workshops and decision points are best held in person, while follow-up and analysis can be done remotely. We work in French and English. You have one dedicated contact, supported by our core team (strategy, finance, operations, data, AI) and, where needed, by sector experts from our network, presented by expertise profile. We work with your existing tools and sell no software. The mission moves through clear milestones, with usable deliverables and a regular steering review with your leadership.
