In real estate, the safety and reserve requirements for condominiums, tightened in Florida in recent years, weigh on investment and asset management decisions. In international trade, customs rules, export controls and sanctions administered at federal level frame the flows. Family offices and asset managers need to review their position under US investment adviser regulation, and Swiss investors also account for cross-border tax and compliance obligations. On AI, there is no single federal framework: rules on personal data and automated decision-making vary by state and by sector. How we work here
We work in Miami and across South Florida according to the needs of the mission: on site for the moments that matter, such as scoping, leadership workshops and the start of deployment, and remotely for day-to-day follow-up. Miami is on Eastern time, usually six hours behind Switzerland, which leaves shared working hours every day. We work in English and French, and in Spanish depending on the profiles involved. For each mission we compose a senior team: a dedicated contact, the WALVIS core team (strategy, finance, operations, data, AI) and sector experts from our network, selected by expertise profile. We sell no software and we work with the tools you already use. Once the strategy is built and deployed, we steer the results with you, at a rhythm agreed from the outset.
