The regulatory context
European regulation shapes strategic choices, especially once data and AI are involved. GDPR applies across the Union, and the United Kingdom operates its own data protection regime, close in principle but distinct in practice. The EU AI Act takes a risk-based approach with phased application: obligations depend on the use case and on the company's role, whether provider or deployer. Depending on the sector, other texts apply as well, such as DORA in finance or NIS2 for cybersecurity. We build these constraints into the scoping phase, alongside your legal advisors, so that AI choices remain defensible and AI is used only where it brings real value.
How we work here
We work on site when the situation calls for it, for example leadership workshops, operational visits and key decision points, and remotely for the rest. Missions run in French or English, and we shape the team around the languages and local contexts the work requires. In practice, a dedicated contact coordinates everything, our core team covers strategy, finance, operations, data and AI, and sector experts from our network complete the team according to your business.
