From industrial strategy to the shop floor and results

Predictive maintenance, production planning, industrial purchasing: we build the strategy, deploy it across your sites and steer the results. A senior team works with your existing tools, at the pace of your operations.

A high-performing plant relies on decisions that follow one another: what to produce, on which line, with which materials, and when to intervene on machines. These decisions are often made in silos across production, maintenance, purchasing and finance, with data that does not connect. Our work is to bring them back into line around a clear strategy, then make it hold in daily operations.

For each mission, we compose a senior team: a dedicated contact, our core team (strategy, finance, operations, data, AI) and sector experts from our network. We sell no software and work with your ERP, your maintenance management system and your planning tools. AI is used where it genuinely helps; elsewhere, common sense and organization are often enough.

The industry’s challenges

Machine downtime endured rather than anticipated

Maintenance is often corrective or calendar-based, with no clear view of equipment criticality. Failures then cost lost output, urgent spare parts and strain on teams.

Planning that absorbs disruption poorly

Production plans are revised every week, sometimes every day, because of shortages, urgent sales requests and changeovers. Without rules shared between sales, production and supply, each function optimizes its own perimeter.

Industrial purchasing that is not steered over time

Negotiated savings erode between the contract and the reality of orders, and dependence on a few suppliers is poorly measured. Total cost, from quality to lead times, is rarely consolidated.

Where AI makes the difference

Targeted predictive maintenance

AI adds value on critical equipment, where sensor data and failure history can be used. Elsewhere, a criticality analysis and well-kept inspection routines are often sufficient.

Planning driven by clear rules

A shared trade-off process between sales, production and purchasing, with frozen horizons and clear responsibilities, resolves most of the disruption. Optimization models then refine scheduling where the complexity exceeds what a planner can hold.

Purchasing structured by category

Spend segmentation, category strategy and commitment tracking are first a matter of method. AI helps clean item data, spot price gaps and review contracts at scale.
